摘要: In the last decade one of quickest developing trends in fluid mechanics and chemical engineering has been microfluidics, covering issues heat, mass momentum transfer microscale. This corresponds directly to intensive research nanoand microscale technology, as such scales system behavior shows significant deviations, compared macroscale. That is mainly due a drastically different surface-to-volume ratio minor role buoyancy inertia forces surface like tension adhesion. Due characteristic dimensions microchannels, flow liquid characterized by parallel streamlines, Reynolds number small only molecular diffusion responsible for inter-diffusion reagent.
