摘要: We investigate the role that order plays in transfer of charges ZnO nano-particle-octylcyanobiphenyl (8CB) liquid crystal system, considered for photovoltaic applications. have changed concentration nanoparticles 8CB from 1.18 to 40 wt %. Our results show an improvement alignment with increasing weight percentage nanoparticles, up a 30 wt %. In addition, current generated by system increases three orders magnitude.
