摘要: Albendazole (ABZ) is a benzimidazole derivative with broad spectrum of activity against human and animal helminthe parasites. ABZ has very poor aqueous solubility. This study shows that hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin (HP-beta-CD) able to form inclusion complexes increase its A synergistic effect exists between HP-beta-CD citric acid.
