摘要: Spindle cell carcinoma (SpCC) is a rare tumor consisting of spindle cells which express cytokeratin. Despite recent advances in immunohistochemical and genetic studies, precise histogenesis SpCC still controversial this had been referred to with wide range names (in the past): carcinosarcoma, pseudosarcoma, sarcomatoid carcinoma, pseudosarcomatous collision tumor. Recently, authors experienced an extremely case arising from stomach. A 64-year-old male presented unintended weight loss hematochezia. Endoscopic examination revealed fistulous tract between stomach transverse colon was made by direct invasion colon. Histologically, positive for both vimentin cytokeratin but negative CD117, CD34, actin, desmin. Herein, we report that formed diagnosed during evaluation hematochezia loss.
