摘要: Background: Previous functional MRI (fMRI) studies have demonstrated group differences in brain activity between deceptive and honest responses. The connectivity network related to lie-telling remains largely uncharacterized. Methods: In this study, we designed a experiment that emphasized strategy devising. Thirty-two subjects underwent fMRI while responding questions truthful, inverse, or deceitful manner. For each subject, whole-brain networks were constructed from correlations among regions for the truth-telling conditions. Then, multivariate pattern analysis approach was used distinguish based on networks. Results: classification results could be differentiated with an accuracy of 82.81% (85.94% lie-telling, 79.69% truth-telling). connectivities fronto-parietal networks, cerebellum cingulo-opercular are most discriminating, implying crucial roles these three processing deception. Conclusions: current study may shed new light neural deception integration viewpoint.
