摘要: Mobile technology enhanced learning pertains to the delivery of multimedia resource onto mobile end devices such as cell phones and PDAs. It also aims at supporting personalized adaptive in a community context. This paper presents novel approach both aspects. The aware content adaptation employs MPEG-7 MPEG-21 metadata standards present best possible information devices. Meanwhile, interest patterns are derived from context analysis. We designed developed platform architecture professionals' study city excursions other tasks.
