摘要: Abstract In this work mechanical alloying (MA) was used for coating low carbon steel with Ni, Al and Fe powder mixture. Milling done 2, 4, 8 12 h. After milling, coated samples were annealed at 550 °C 2 h. Phase analysis microstructure of formed coatings studied via X-ray diffraction (XRD) method scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. Microhardness corrosion behavior also investigated. The results showed that complete formation iron aluminide nickel is possible after enough subsequent annealing. According to SEM images, 8 h milling in a 65 μm thickness without any cracks unlike 12 h milled sample. current density measured 200 HV 5.49 × 10 − 6 A/cm 2 improved 930 HV 3.16 × 10 − 8 , respectively mechanically alloyed
