摘要: This paper describes some of the important systematic errors associated with an in-vitro study, using a four electrode impedance system, into characteristics that allow for differentiation between normal and abnormal tissues. The impact system parameters were investigated though use saline-filled phantoms tissue samples. latter being provided as part 100 patient study carried out in collaboration Glenfield General Hospital, Leicester, UK. It has been found necessary to provide environment known, calibrated, post sample excision period. However, orientation during measurement was also have large upon measured impedance.
