摘要: While scientific community disagrees about similarities and differences between human embryonic stem (hES) cells induced pluripotent (hiPS) cells, some politicians embrace translational hiPS cell research as a replacement for hES research. We examine the ethical relevance of main cell-based therapies discuss whether, given current state knowledge, certain are essential. whether well-founded preferences can be made in hypothetical scenarios with varying levels patient safety, treatment efficacy, accessibility controversy.
