摘要: Abstract The hydrogen production from a variety of substrates, including organic solid waste (OSW), has been studied at different loading rate (OLR), finding behavior on the (HPR) that can be related to particular characteristics and operational conditions. objective this study was evaluate start-up operation continuous stirred-tank reactor (CSTR) generate food applying OLR in order determine conditions obtain maximal HPR. Three OLR, controlled via influent flow rate, were studied: 19, 38 57 gVS/Lreactor/d. It found an influence CSTR. increase results decrease COD removal, protein yield (YH2). highest HPR (19.8 mmol H2/Lreactor/d) YH2 (0.6 mmol H2/gVS) obtained 37.1 19.8 gVS/Lreactor/d, respectively. H2 percentage biogas had variations between 25 55% independently OLR. VS removal efficiencies 51 ± 9% 27 ± 9% Acetic acid principal VFA produced during CSTR operation.
