摘要: Four studies of cued recall produced evidence that interpretation familiar, unambiguous words varied with their sentential contexts. Each cue mentioned some property a target word's referent, which was not explicitly identified during input. Cues were more effective when the properties relevant, rather than irrelevant, to events described by corresponding acquisition sentences. The research raised considerations pertinent theories semantic encoding, in linguistics, and role normative data psycholinguistic comprehension.
