摘要: The purpose of the present study was to design and evaluate an osmotic pump-based drug delivery system for controlling release Ambroxol Hydrochloride (Amb). Citric acid, lactose polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG 6000) were employed as agents. Surelease EC containing 400 400) membrane porosity used semi-permeable membrane. formulation tablet core optimized by orthogonal evaluated weighted mark method. influences amount PEG thickness on Amb investigated. optimal pump (OPT) in different media at stirring rates. major power confirmed pressure. from OPT verified a rate approximately zero-order, cumulative percentage 12?h 92.6%. relative bioavailability rabbits commercial sustained capsule 109.6%. Our results showed that could be practical preparation with good prospect.
