摘要: The simultaneous recording of nasopharyngoscopy and video fluoroscopy allows a comparison to be made their reliability under various circumstances. While the monocular view number optical fallacies make measurement from endoscopy impossible, radiological views can also shown fallacious, all measurements should treated with caution. However, through clinical observation variability final dimensions tissues raised treat velopharyngeal incompetence roughly gauged. Indeed, need for more accurate awaits arrival predictable procedure allow fine tuning surgery. Simultaneous has permitted improved clarity interpretation accuracy in some cases. chief gain investigations over past 30 years been considerably increased understanding range normal pathological morphology that must taken into account surgical treatment.
