摘要: Abstract A novel and sensitive method based on combination of two immiscible organic solvents hollow fiber-based liquid–liquid–liquid microextraction corona discharge ion mobility spectrometry (HF-LLLME–CD-IMS) was employed for the analysis clomipramine in human urine plasma. The effect formic, acetic propionic acid as reagent gas (dopant) signal investigated. influence dopant amount also studied. Optimum mass flow rates dopants were 3.7, 1.1 1.0 μmol min−1 acid, respectively. Experimental parameters influencing extraction efficiency HF-LLLME, such NaOH concentration donor solution, ionic strength sample, stirring rate, time investigated optimized. Under optimum conditions, analytical linearity, precision limit detection evaluated. linear dynamic range from 1 to 100 μg L−1 (r2 = 0.9980) 0.35 μg L−1. Intra- inter-day precisions satisfactory with a relative standard deviation (RSD) 5.9 6.7%, proposed satisfactorily applied determination plasma urine.
