摘要: The current study was carried out to alteration in clinical, hemobiochemical and oxidative stress parameters native cattle infected with foot mouth disease (FMD). For this purpose twenty were used , divided into two equal groups: 10 apparently healthy (control group), FMD .All exposed complete physical clinical examination, blood samples taken..Hematological analysis revealed significant increase MCV MCH (p≤0.001); PCV (p≤0.01); while decrease RBCs (p≤0.001) serum level of calcium, total protein globulin ; phosphorus (p≤0.05) glucose levels observed. Nitric oxide (NO), Malondialdehyde (MDA) DNA fragmentation percentage significantly increased diseased cattle. However reduction antioxidant capacity albumin as biomarker for status detected. highest MDA NO indicate the occurrence lipid peroxidation . In conclusions affected FMDV experienced strong stress. So drugs recommended during treatment viral diseases FMD.
