Synthesis, characterization, biological evaluation and molecular docking studies of N-functionalized derivatives of 2-aminobenzohydrazide

摘要: Abstract In this paper, N-functionalized derivatives of methyl anthranilate (1–3) were prepared by reacting it with various acid chlorides to give amide which further converted benzohydrazide (4–6) them hydrazine. These 2-aminobenzohydrazide reacted 4-triflouromethyl benzaldehyde schiff base (7–9). All the synthesized compounds (1–9) characterized Mass spectrometry as well NMR and FTIR spectroscopic techniques. Single Crystal X-ray diffraction analysis technique (XRD) was utilized analyze crystalline compound 1. AChE BChE enzymes inhibition potential checked for compounds. Putative binding approaches screened explored molecular docking studies. Synthesized also antioxidant activity. Enzyme showed that 2 9 exhibited good showing 68% 60% percentage inhibition, respectively, while very activities shown (70%) 5 (76%). results supported studies lowest energy values of −9.79 kcal mol−1 and −9.55 kcal mol−1 9. Hydrazide significant activity scavenging greater than 90%.
