摘要: The effectiveness of existing anti-cancer therapies is based mainly on the stimulation apoptosis cancer cells. Most are somewhat toxic to normal Therefore, quest for nontoxic, cancer-specific remains. We have demonstrated ability liposomes containing anacardic acid, mitoxantrone and ammonium ascorbate induce mitochondrial pathway via reactive oxygen species (ROS) production by killing cells in monolayer culture shown its specificity towards melanoma Liposomes were prepared a lipid hydration, freeze-and-thaw (FAT) procedure extrusion through polycarbonate filters, remote loading method was used dug encapsulation. Following characterization, hemolytic activity, cytotoxicity inducing effects loaded nanoparticles investigated. To identify anticancer activity mechanism these liposomes, ROS level caspase 9 measured fluorescence chemiluminescence respectively. that developed liposomal formulations produced high level, enhanced cell death cells, but not proposed cytotoxic action involved specific generation free radicals iron ions mechanism.
