摘要: The pretransplant cytokine profile of donor and recipient blood tissues may be associated with transplant outcome. A Th1 response is generally rejection, while a Th2 lead to tolerance stable graft survival. total 56 (37 male 19 female) patients mean 36 +/- 5 years were candidates for living unrelated kidney transplantation. Serum samples collected 24 hours pretransplantation as well at 1 2 weeks posttransplantation. Immunosuppression consisted cyclosporine, prednisolone, mycophenolate mofetil. Among the transplanted patients, (33.9%) individuals experienced an acute rejection episode, proven by biopsy, increased serum creatinine urea nitrogen, within 14 days after We determined concentrations interleukin (IL) interferon (IFN)-gamma IL4 IL10 enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method (Bender med system kits, Germany). cytokines, concentration levels groups versus without were: IL-2 15 pg/mL vs 6.8 pg/mL, respectively (P = .005); week, 4.85 .001); weeks, 21.1 4.65 .0001); IFN-gamma 161.1 65.2 175.6 66.5 173.7 77.1 .001). significantly higher in group those rejection. In conclusion, these data suggest that analysis, especially might valuable prognotic index
