摘要: Plasma polymerisation is an effective tool for fabrication of thin films from volatile organic monomers. RF plasma assisted deposition used one-step, chemical-free nonsynthetic materials derived directly agricultural produces. By varying the parameters, especially input power, film properties can be tailored a range uses, including electronics or biomedical applications. The fabricated are optically transparent with refractive index close to that glass. Given diversity essential oils, this paper compares chemical and physical several commercially exploited oils their components. It interesting note some various applications even though structure polymer very similar. obtained material also show synthesised suitable as encapsulating layers biodegradable implantable metals.
