摘要: We have prepared porous and network-like nanofilms of gold by galvanic replacement a layer copper particles acting as template. The films were first characterized scanning electron microscopy X-ray diffraction, then modified with cysteamine so to enable the covalent immobilization enzyme microperoxidase-11. immobilized undergoes direct transfer underlying electrodes, electrode displays high electrocatalytic activity towards reduction oxygen hydrogen peroxide, respectively, owing largely enhanced electroactive surface film. detection limit H2O2 is 0.4 μM (3 S/N).
