摘要: Methods and compositions for detecting localizing light originating from a mammal are disclosed. Also disclosed methods targeting emission to selected regions, as well tracking entities within the mammal. In addition, animal models disease states disclosed, progression of or pathogen animal, screening putative therapeutic compounds effective inhibit pathogen.
