摘要: In this experiment, the effect of prebiotic Bio-Mos® (MOS) and types feed formulation (total digestible amino acids) were evaluated on performance small intestine microflora in laying hens for a duration 10 wks. A total 168 Hy line W-36 hens, with an initial age 73 wks, randomly allocated to 4 dietary treatments, 7 replicates 6 birds each replicate. The study was conducted completely randomized design 2 × factorial arrangement treatments including preboitic levels (0, 0.5 kg/ton diet) AA digestible). Egg production (EP), egg weight (EW), mass (EM), average daily intake (ADFI) conversion ratio (FCR) not affected significantly by MOS, their interaction. quality parameters including, specific gravity (SG), shell thickness (ST), (SW), haugh unit (HU) yolk color (YC) did P-BM (P>0.05). No significant effects observed ileum Lactobacillus count interaction There no differences rate gas volume experimental conclusion, additive used affect performance; intestinal count, cecum microbial population.
