A three‐year follow‐up of major depression, dysthymia, minor depression and subsyndromal depression: results from a population‐based study

摘要: This study examined the 3-year outcome of major depression (MD)/dysthymic disorder (DD), minor (MinD), and subsyndromal symptomatic (SSD) in a population-based sample. Highest stability specific depressive category found those affected, only 35.9% had one fewer frequency symptom equal MinD (58.9%) (56.5%). relative (RR) Wave 2 highest affected by (RR=22.4) 1, whereas similar rates (RR=4.8 5.0, respectively). supports view that is dimensional illness, moving diagnostic subtypes. prognosis severe half all three categories.
