摘要: One seminal aspect in autoimmune diabetes is antigen presentation of beta cell antigens by the diabetes-propensity class II histocompatibility molecules. The binding properties I-Ag7 molecules are reviewed here and an emphasis placed on their selection peptides with a highly specific sequence motif, which one or more acidic amino acids found at carboxy end interacting P9 anchoring site I-Ag7. reasons for central role response analyzed. insulin B chain segment 9-23 hot spot T striking example weak MHC peptide that triggers autoreactivity.
