摘要: Tolerance to autoantigens such as coagulation factors is the result of censoring mechanisms occurring at level thymus and bone marrow for autoreactive T B cells, respectively. In addition, peripheral mechanisms, both intrinsic extrinsic further control activation cells that have escaped central deletion. Emergence autoimmunity can occur from disturbances these by a number events, many which are incompletely understood. Insight into this clinically important field expected exploitation recent animal models.
