摘要: Recent technologic advances have markedly enhanced the clinical applications of computed tomography (CT). While benefits CT exceed harmful effects radiation exposure in patients, increasing doses to population raised a compelling case for reduction from CT. Strategies dose are difficult devise, however, because lack guidelines regarding examination and scanning techniques. Various methods strategies based on individual patient attributes technology been explored optimization. It is purpose this review article outline basic principles emphasize need optimization modification parameters application recent innovations.
