摘要: While the cardioprotective effect of moderate and regular wine consumption in primary prevention has been well documented, goal present investigation was to explore intake on blood parameters (lipid, anti-oxidant capacity, erythrocyte membrane potential fluidity) post myocardial infarct patients evaluate perspectives secondary prevention. A clinical intervention trial undertaken a group selected who gave written informed consent for participation this study prior enrolment. This two-week conducted hospitalized during cardiac readaptation period. During period, were submitted "Western prudent" diet (inspired by Mediterranean diet) two groups have compared drawn basis: receiving red (250 mL daily) water. Physical, clinical, evaluated Days 1 14. The data show positive low (decrease total cholesterol LDL; increase fluidity antioxidant status). results that even short period associated with improves various lipid anti-oxidative status previous coronary ischemic accidents.
