摘要: There is an increasing number of natural disasters occurring worldwide, particularly in populated areas. These events affect a large people, causing injuries and fatalities. Providing rapid medical treatment utmost importance such circumstances. The problem transporting patients to facilities has been studied only small extent. One the challenges find strategy that can simultaneously maximize survivors minimize total evacuation cost under given set resource geographic constraints.
