摘要: Glucocorticoids produce differing effects in various cells both vivo and vitro. The wide spectrum of these steroids baffled endocrinologists for some time until the unifying concept steroid- tissue-specific receptors provided a means recognizing those likely to respond (Thompson Lippman 1974; King Mainwaring Yamamoto Alberts 1976). This clearing mystery, however, has proved be more valuable sex selected resistance growth inhibition by glucocorticoids than it glucocorticoid-sensitive tissues general. In fact, majority tested have been found contain glucocorticoids. Nevertheless, specific cellular responses remain varied, problem explaining differences response different cell tissue types remains. These are as widely disparate induction limited number peptides or suppression functions (Ivarie O’Farrell 1978) lysis death (Claman 1972; Baxter Harris 1975). At present is not clear whether there single mechanism that can account such effects. It does seem vast systems studied cytoplasmic required.
