Circadian rhythm desynchronosis, jet lag, shift lag, and coping strategies.

摘要: Jet lag and shift have similar physiological consequences, but is a more complex problem. The most severe desynchronization may be experienced by airline personnel making transmeridian flights. Coping strategies for eastward westward travelers shiftworkers are recommended, as interventions involving melatonin.
