摘要: Studies in human as well animal experiments have proved that IGF-1/SMC, which shows mitogenic activities a wide variety of cell types, stimulates growth vitro and vivo. The aim this study was to investigate the roles IGF-1/SMC on fetal during pregnancy by measuring insulin, C-peptide, placental lactogen (hPL), GH PRL concentrations maternal plasma, clarifying changes IGF receptor liver microsomal membranes pregnancy. Maternal plasma were not distinguishable from those nonpregnant women (9.2 +/- 1.7 nmol/l) 1st 2nd trimester gestation; however, they showed gradual increase after 30th week gestation, reaching 12.7 5.4 at term. They possessed significant positive correlation with hPL (r = 0.45, p less than 0.05) 0.38, but 0.39, NS). On other hand, cord could be first detected it increased gradually until term had no plasma. Furthermore, an intimate C-peptide 0.30, or PRL. Additionally, birth weight 0.60, 0.005). specific binding 125I-IGF-1 -II also displaced nonlabeled insulin fetuses various gestational ages. Scatchard analyses indicated affinity, 0.14 0.05(x 10(9)M-1) before 19th gestation (0.58 0.12); conversely, capacity lower (0.15 0.08 x 10(-12) moles/mg protein) compared (0.51 0.25). These results suggest (1) might produced sites its regulating mechanism is different sites, (2) IGFs play important role development affect via receptors liver.
