摘要: The drainage of liquid foams involves the interplay gravity, surface tension, and viscous forces. Three experimentally accessible configurations are modeled analytically using a one-dimensional nonlinear partial differential equation called foam equation: free where drains from an initially uniform fixed length, wetting dry foam, pulsed finite blob spreads in otherwise foam.
