摘要: Throughout the world, many drugs prescribed for children are used in an off-label or unlicensed manner. The incidence of and drug prescriptions appears to be greatest critically ill neonates lowest general population. risk associated with use greater than prescribing accordance product licence. Health professionals, however, usually have no alternative but medicines. More clinical trials medicines required provide evidence base safe effective prescribing.
