摘要: AbstractPurpose: We document the incidence of complications associated with laparoscopic nephrectomy in a multi-institutional study.Materials and Methods: The study included initial 185 patients undergoing at 5 centers United States between June 1990 July 1993.Results: A total 30 (16 percent) had 34 complications. There was no mortality. Access-related 2 cases hernia formation trocar site, 1 abdominal wall hematoma injury to hydronephrotic kidney. Intraoperative vascular injury, splenic laceration pneumothorax. Postoperative involved gastrointestinal tract 6 cases, cardiovascular system 6, genitourinary 4, respiratory 4 musculoskeletal 2.
