摘要: Context: Late-onset hypogonadism (LOH) has recently been defined as a syndrome in middle-aged and elderly men reporting sexual symptoms the presence of low T. The natural history LOH, especially its relationship to mortality, is currently unknown. Objective: aim this study was clarify associations between T, with mortality men. Design, Setting, Participants: Prospective data from European Male Aging Study (EMAS) on 2599 community-dwelling aged 40–79 years eight countries used for study. Main Outcome Measure(s): All-cause, cardiovascular, cancer-related measured. Results: One hundred forty-seven died during median follow-up 4.3 years.
