摘要: Multiple treatments are proposed to cure prostate carcinoma. Radical prostatectomy is the classical option for localized tumor. However radiotherapy can be in such circumstances with argument of a less invasive procedure similar results. High Intensity Focalised Ultrasound (HIFU) new technique available staging carcinoma good Follow up based on biological evaluation PSA. Imaging studies required only cases abnormal level. Endorectal Ultrasonography biopsies useful after radical surgery. Indications MRI study mainly differentiate from general recurrence.
