摘要: ABSTRACT Using a general mathematical model formulation for the transport of gases in lungs, we studied regional pulmonary deposition nitrogen dioxide (NO 2 ) man, rabbits, guinea pigs, and rats. The utilizes lung morphometric data includes parameters reflecting physicochemical properties NO , ventilatory patterns, chemical reactions with components tne protective layer linings lungs. Sensitivity predicted doses to changes some above are discussed as well qualitative comparisons between animals man shape dose curves.
