摘要: The distributions of IkappaB and NF-kappa B immunoreactivities were examined immunohistochemically in the rat brain by electron microscopy. Antibodies raised against synthetic peptides with sequences specific to human MAD-3 type or B. Both alpha localized dendrites including spines and, particularly, postsynaptic densities (PSDs) hippocampus cerebral cortex. PSD fraction prepared from contained an activity that inhibited binding kappa DNA elements. These results suggest B/IkappaB system a similar mechanism may play role signal transmission synapses nucleus.
