摘要: We report a child with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) who had shown persistent microscopic haematuria for 26 months and was found to have nutcracker syndrome by renal Doppler ultrasound. Haematuria subsided in accordance radiological improvement of syndrome. These findings suggest that the origin urinary abnormalities patients HSP may not always be due involvement vasculitis.
