摘要: Despite numerous scientific efforts, efficient ocular drug delivery remains a challenge for pharmaceutical scientists. Delivery of ophthalmic drugs to the targeted tissues is limited by many precorneal, dynamic and static barriers. The anatomy, physiology biochemistry eye render this organ exquisitely impervious foreign substances. One promising strategies nowadays use colloidal carrier systems characterized submicron-meter size. Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) nanostructured carriers (NLC) represent alternatives conventional very popular systems.
