摘要: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been identified by accumulating studies as critical regulator in tumorigenesis and tumor development human cancers, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML). This study investigated the function underlying mechanism of LINC00319 AML progression. Firstly, low expression level whole blood healthy individuals was obtained from UCSC, its upregulation detected patients well cell lines. Besides, prognostic significance revealed patients. Functionally, loss-of-function assays that silence restrained proliferation but stimulated apoptosis cells. Furthermore, demonstrated proportional to MYC samples transcriptionally regulated MYC. Mechanistically, we FUS a shared RNA binding protein (RBP) interacting with both SIRT6. And SIRT6 at post-transcriptional through FUS-dependent pathway. Last not least, overexpression rescued suppressive effect knockdown on cells growth. Overall, our findings unveiled contributed leukemogenesis via elevating expression, indicating possible molecular target for treatment.
