摘要: Purpose To compare postoperative performance and stability of 6.0-mm optic single- 3-piece acrylic foldable intraocular lenses (IOLs). Design Prospective, randomized, self-controlled trial. Participants Eighty eyes 40 patients with bilateral senile cataracts. Intervention Phacoemulsification IOL implantation were performed. One eye a patient was randomly assigned to the SA60AT single-piece IOL, contralateral allocated MA60AC IOL. Main Outcome Measures Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), spherical equivalent, aqueous flare intensity, anterior chamber depth, amount decentration tilt, area capsule opening, degree posterior opacification (PCO) measured 2 days, 1 week, 1, 3, 6, 12 months after surgery. Specular microscopy performed at postoperatively. Results In group, depth did not show significant changes surgery ( P >0.05; paired t test), refraction remained highly stable throughout 1-year study period. The group showed shallowing >0.05) in BCVA, decentration, PCO 12-month follow-up Conclusions Both minimum contraction, PCO. Although forward shift myopic refractive surgery, displayed little axial movement associated This feature should facilitate earlier spectacle prescription quicker visual/social rehabilitation cataract
