摘要: Adenosine is a physiologically important metabolite and clinically useful drug. Endogenous release of adenosine mediates variety physiologic effects in wide range organ systems [1]. These are largely transduced via specific receptors (AR). At present, four subtypes have been reported the literature—A1, A2a, A2b, A3 receptors—and all cloned. The A1 receptor effects, including inhibition neurotransmitter release, suppression heart rate contractility, lipolysis, regulation smooth muscle tone [2]. Activation may produce dramatic cardioprotective effect against ischemic damage [3]. Factors that regulate expression tissues thus become critically understanding therapeutic processes.
