摘要: Until about 1960 the metal—electrolyte interface was probably most extensively investigated surface. Semiconductor electrodes also have a con-siderable history, dating back at least as far Bequerel’s work on silver halides.(1) Almost all early studies with semiconducting were performed materials of uncontrolled and generally unknown properties.
