摘要: To the Editor: While anterior uveitis is a common ophthalmologic finding in Kawasaki Disease (KD) [1], retinal vasculitis distinctly uncommon. We report 4-y-old boy with KD who developed diminution of vision subacute phase illness and was found to have vasculitis. A presented history fever 1 1⁄2mo back. In first week, he had maculo-papular rash, bilateral conjunctival congestion, red tongue cracking lips, edema over dorsum hands feet. second parents noticed periungual peeling skin. Fever subsided next 15 d but third week there – gradual, painless progressive. He administered three pulses intravenous methylprednisolone (30 mg/kg/d) for suspected association referred our institute. Beau’s lines by this time.
