摘要: Summary Introduction Salivary gland neoplasms represent the diverse group of tumours encountered by head and neck surgeons. Material methods The study is analysis 531 patients with parotid in treated ENT Department during 1986–2006. We analysed surgical treatment intraoperative tumour stage. results histological diagnosis were presented. Results frequency incidence benign neoplasm was 80%. most frequent pleomorphic adenoma – 75% adenolymphoma 16%. Malignant constituted 20% all tumours. Mucoepidermoid (27%) adenoid cyst (22%) carcinomas common malignant tumour. Tumour stages T3–T4 90%.
