摘要: Abstract Between 1977 and 1982 there were 6,532 children placed on the child abuse registers maintained by National Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) in England. This paper examines data these children. The rate physical injury increased over last four years study from .43 .63 per thousand under 15 NSPCC register areas, but percentage fatal serious injuries decreased entire period. There was also a decline re-injury. Infants, hoys low birthweights overrepresented among physically abused, neglected nonorganic failure thrive cases. Girls 10–14 year olds sexually abused parents or caretakers characterized their early parenthood, marital instability, large families, criminality mobility. An initial unemployment 35% male 58% three study.
