摘要: Myofibroblasts have been identified by electron microscopy in a case of Focal Nodular Hyperplasia (FNH) the liver associated with oral contraceptives. The contractile fibroblasts were observed immediate vicinity of, or close contact with, proliferating bile ductules and recesses between parenchymal cells. Transitional forms fat-storing cells (Ito cells), myofribroblasts observed. Transition to myofibroblasts, possibly under influence oestrogens, may be responsible for fibrosis retraction FNH.
