摘要: AbstractFederal rules require raw meat and poultry products to carry nutrition information, but such do not extend fresh (raw) seafood products. This article examines the extent which providing information could impact consumers’ choices for seafood, with a special focus on parents children, because influence food preferences of future generations. Using choice experiment between subjects design, we find that similar facts panel increases marginal willingness pay (MWTP) all types studied, whereas health benefit is only effective some seafood. finding can inform industry policy makers potential introducing labels
