摘要: The presence of lymphatic vessels in dental pulp has recently been controversial, and no conclusion reached. In this study, we investigated the control lymphangiogenesis with development mouse mandibular molar using VEGF-C, VEGF-D, VEGFR-3 as indices vessel-controlling factors. addition, to distinguish blood vascular epithelial cells, performed immunohistochemical analysis von Willebrand factor (vWF) statistical analysis. papilla bell-stage non-calcified period, mesenchymal cells positive for increased lumen-forming endothelial were noted, but vWF was negative, suggesting that these actively forming vessels. Positive undifferentiated an increase pulp, lumen expansion noted early after birth. Positivity also detected odontoblast layer sheath Hertwig birth, factors play important roles differentiation maturation periodontal ligament tooth root formation. We embryologically clarified vessel formation a process from vessels, involvement surrounding tissue, odontoblasts,
